OVERVIEW
Alef Pathways is an environment where students can build self-confidence, nurture positive habits, and develop a growth mindset toward school and themselves.
All classes have students with varying abilities who learn at an individual pace and have individual goals. Pathways helps students explore their understanding of concepts, complete unfinished learning, activate prior knowledge, accelerate progress, and make learning math more accessible. Educators are equipped with content, tools, and insights to drive achievement, monitor progress, and measure growth in mathematics.
Pathways is a supplemental math program designed to enhance comprehensive instruction for Grades 3-8 and is aligned to the Common Core State Standards for Mathematics.

PRODUCT FEATURES
Teachers can offer the Alef Adaptive Math Ability Test (AMAT) several times a year to help students identify what they can do and what they are ready to learn. Students who take the Alef AMAT also receive a Quantile measure. The Quantile® Framework for Mathematics is a mathematical framework developed by MetaMetrics®. It is an internationally recognized score aligned with the NWEA mathematics RIT scale.
Alef Education’s intelligent recommendation system generates a personalized learning path with the focus skills and concepts each student needs to work on to progress. Teachers can change the starting point of a learning path, create a general skills path for all students, or create an individualized path based on the results of the NWEA MAP Growth assessment in math.
Real-time data and growth reports provide educators with insights into progress and growth over time to support instructional decisions.
The content library provides teachers with access to all Pathways learning resources. Assign activities from the entire Pathways content library for your students to individually promote or share with groups or the whole class, depending on your lesson plan.
Encourage achievement through structural gamification. Students complete objectives to earn stars, badges, and a place on the progress leaderboard! Teachers can recognize achievements by automatically creating and awarding student certificates (PDF versions for printing are also available!)
The Alef Guardian app keeps parents informed of learning progress. It provides easy ways to spark a learning conversation at home that increases the reach and impact of learning. These activities help cultivate positive habits by encouraging children to share their knowledge.
