About The Role

Financial Planning Analyst will strengthen & focus FP&A business partnering role with all business leaders, line managers, actively prepare Monthly Capitalization Reports, SLT Reports, Quarterly Board Report Pack, Investor Presentations, Earnings Release Deck & any other Internal reports that is necessary to ensure cost optimizations are in line with overall company strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Quarterly Board Deck Report, Investor presentations, Earnings release deck. 
• Prepare monthly payroll capitalization based on the new timesheet process and validate capitalization against the approved budget with good understanding of IAS 38.
• Prepare the monthly SLT report showing departmental performance, and update Lattice goals accordingly after ensuring prompt month-end close with Senior Accountant.
• Conduct a detailed monthly review of the financial statements, explain budget variances, and ensure the Power BI report is updated and reconciled at project and department level.
• Finops cloud cost analyst closely works with technology teams to understand and monitor hosting & production costs to trend with usage and identify optimization opportunities.
• Support IR analysis and insights using NASDAQ portal and derived reporting.
• Support cost-benefit analysis of new initiative requests in terms of hosting infrastructure, product development or service delivery.
• Closely work with bid managers to structure new proposals and build the P&L.
• Prepare quarterly forecast reports to identify significant variances vs. budget.
• Gather inputs from key stakeholders for the annual budget cycle, consolidate the data, and maintain a clear audit trail.
• Regularly conduct a deep-dive review of the freelancer purchase requisition (PR) process, including selection criteria, rate negotiation and approval, work completion validation, and analysis of rate consistency (same freelancer and similar roles being paid different rates).
• Consolidate all software online subscriptions, capturing the business need, cost, and impact, by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
  
  

To Be The Right Fit, You'll Need

• Educationnal degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 5-7 years of relevant experience
• ACCA certification is required
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to details
• Fluency in English
