About The Role
The Public Relations and Content Manager is responsible for developing and overseeing high-quality bilingual (Arabic and English) content that strengthens the organization’s brand positioning, media presence, and executive communications. The role ensures consistency of messaging, linguistic excellence, and cultural relevance across public relations, digital platforms, corporate communications, and leadership materials, while supporting strategic marketing and communications initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and refinement of bilingual content across PR, corporate, digital, corporate website(s) and executive channels.
- Translate business priorities into clear, compelling narratives tailored to diverse audiences.
- Support proactive media positioning and thought leadership efforts.
- Ensure consistency of tone, voice, and messaging across Arabic and English outputs.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, leadership, and external partners to align messaging with strategic objectives.
- Review and quality-control content produced internally or by agencies to maintain editorial excellence.
- Contribute to building a structured content roadmap aligned with key corporate milestones and campaigns.
To Be The Right Fit, You'll Need
- Educationnal degree in Marketing & Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Professional certification in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or Content Marketing.
- Digital marketing certifications (e.g., Google Digital Marketing, social media certifications).
- Media training or executive communications training is a plus.
- Strong understanding of PR strategy and media landscape.
- Content strategy development and editorial planning experience
- Experience managing corporate websites and digital content platforms (CMS).
- Familiarity with social media content optimization.
- Fluency in English and Arabic - strong translation and transcreation capabilities between both languages.
